Invited Pathway
A temporary visa for those who want to come and work in Australia.

Extended Stay Pathway
This is a temporary visa for workers that hold 475, 487, 495 or 496 visa subclasses.
The stay is for 4 years. And costs AUD 360.

Subsequent Entry pathway.
This visa is for the family members of a worker who holds a 475, 487, 495, or 496 visa subclass.
The allocated staying period runs out when the visa of the family member ends.

Skilled-recognised graduate visa – subclass 476
This visa is for graduates of engineering and allows the ability to live, work and study in Australia for a certain amount of time. The applicant should have completed a degree or have received a higher qualification granted by a specified Institution within a period of the past two years. Additionally the applicant cannot exceed the age of 31. The applicant also cannot have previously held a subclass 476 or 485 visa.
The holder of the visa can stay up to 3 years in Australia and work or study. This visa costs AUD 4,045.

Skilled nominated visa Australia – subclass 190
The Skill Nominated visa is allotted for workers who have been nominated to work in Australia as permanent residents. The holder can live in Australia and even sponsor other family members to come to Australia as well. In addition to to possessing the required skills, the worker has to be nominated and satisfy the points test as well.
The staying period is permanent and the visa will cost from AUD 4,045.
Processing time ranges from 6 months to 9 months.
Skilled regional visa Australia – subclass 887
The Skilled Regional visa is directed to individuals who have previously held a visa and have worked in Australia prior to the moment of submission.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the applicant must have fulfilled the criteria of their previous visa and should have lived at least 2 years and worked full time for at least 1 year in a specified regional area of Australia.
This visa grants the holder the permanent resident status of Australia. Holders of the visa can work or study in Australia while also being able to sponsor family members to apply for permanent residency as well.

Skilled work regional (provisional) visa subclass 491
This visa is for skilled individuals who have been nominated by a Territory or State government of Australia to live and work in Australia.
To be eligible for this visa, the individual should either be nominated by a government agency or an eligible relative should sponsor the individual. The applicant must also have an occupation relevant to the skilled occupation list. They must also be invite to apply and should also satisfy the points test.
